Town of Yucca Valley Launches Public Art Program
The Town of Yucca Valley has announced a Call for Artists to implement a three-day Pop-Up Art Installation decorating the Yucca Valley Community Center Courtyard during the 5th Annual Yucca Valley Film Festival, November 10 – 12, 2023.

Individuals, or teams of artists, 7th grade and up from Yucca Valley and surrounding communities, are invited to share a detailed explanation of their artistic vision in decorating the courtyard throughout the Film Festival.

Hundreds of people from local families, filmmakers, and guests will pass through the courtyard, walk the red carpet, and participate in this three-day event.

The artist chosen for this installation will receive a $500 stipend and up to $1,500 in reimbursements for material expenses.
